Macaw Conservation Posters
The English version of this poster was produced in Juy 2002 and is now hanging in souvenir shops, tourist lodges and the airport in Puerto Maldonado, in southeastern Peru. The goal is to reduce the demand for parrot and macaw feathers. The Spanish version is in production and is designed to help convince local craftsmen to not make souvenirs for tourists out of feathers and other animal parts.
